USERNAME

The username that you have registered us with would have been your email address.

The format will be like “yourusername@emailprovider.com”, “yourusername@emailprovider.co.uk” etc

If you have forgotten your username then you will have to re–register with us with a new email address.

However, while re–registering if you are notified that the email account you are trying to registered with already exists with us then you can go to the “forgot password page” and send us the password request and we will send you the password through email.

PASSWORD

Your password would have been a minimum of 5 character alpha–numeric word.
