You will receive instant email confirmation of your order. Your art and/or mirror will then be delivered to your door in 28 working days. Please note - online payments can take up to 28 working days for funds to be verified via our SSP.

Delivery Information

Rachel Jack Ltd aims to deliver your goods direct to your door within 28 working days of receipt of order. Rachel Jack Ltd uses only the best in shipping quality.

All artwork is carefully packaged to ensure no damage occurs in transit. Your goods will be packaged in high strength bespoke sized cardboard boxes cushioned by bubble wrap and clearly labeled with your dispatch documents. In the unlikely event that your mirror is damaged during delivery, we will replace it free of charge.

Customers can send us standard photos in the post, which Rachel Jack Ltd will take every care to return back to the customer but Rachel Jack Ltd accepts no responsibility for damaged or lost photographs.
