Q. How long will it take?
A. Please allow 7-10 working days from date of order.
However, if you have requested 'your image as art' please allow approx 28 working days from the date we receive your image.
Please note that these dates are subject to change during holiday periods.
Q. If I post an image for creating oil on Canvas will I get it back?
A. Absolutely, we post them back with the finished canvas. If for any reason it isn't enclosed just call or email with your address and we will post it out to you. Please ensure you make a backup if a CD, or copy the print before sending to us, in case it gets lost on its way to us.
Q. Can I have a hand painted oil from any image?
A. Generally, yes. We can create oil on canvas from any digital image or other picture.
Q. The size I want isn't listed?
A. Just email info@racheljack.co.uk with your requirements and we can furnish you with a price in any size to suit your space. (Please note this only relates to your image as art only.)
Q. What does 30x20x1.5 inch canvas mean?
A. It means the canvas is 30 inch Wide x 20 inch high x 1.5 inch deep. Always quote the width first.
Q. Is my personal details safe with Rachel Jack Ltd.
A. Your personal details are stored on secure server. When paying online we keep your details for 8 weeks from day of purchase and they are then erased.
Q. Do you supply a catalogue?
A. As we are constantly updating our stock we do not produce a catalogue but rely on our website to display our products.
Q. Do you have a gallery somewhere I can see examples?
A. Yes, you can see examples at our main stockiest. Please see address and images of the store.
Q. Do all prices shown include VAT?
A. Yes, all prices shown fully include VAT and delivery to the UK mainland.
Q. How much do you charge for delivery?
A. Orders for delivery to the mainland UK are free of charge. For delivery outside the mainland UK (Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland etc) a small additional delivery charge may necessary. Please contact us for details.
Q. Can I return a product if I am unhappy with it?
A. We rarely have a return at Rachel Jack Ltd, which we believe is due to our products being even more impressive than their images on the website can portray. If you are however unhappy with an item, it can be returned provided it is received undamaged in its original condition. We will assist with the returns process, but please read our returns information.
Q. What about the copyright of the images I send to you?
A. By sending us your image, you are automatically acknowledging that you are the copyright owner of this image, or have obtained permission from the copyright owner in written form, which permits us to print it in accordance with your order.
